Booking Your Sessions and What to Expect:

Sessions are in person, online by zoom or may be considered for in home.

All Sessions are Strictly Confidential.

The first brief appointment is to determine if I can help you, a mutual decision will be made. Your New Client Consultation will be booked.  Then recommendations will be given depending on your situation once the consultation is completed.

Include first and last name, type of session  or request, phone number, and best email.

Do not include any other details, as I will text or call you to set up a brief appointment to get a bit of information and to determine if you will need to book a New Client Session.

I would love to help everybody, but not everybody or their situation is appropriate for hypnotherapy, and the first brief appointment helps me determine if my services can help you.

Waitlist: If you are put on the waitlist, you will be seen in order of date of arrival to my practice.

Choose Your Session For Clinical Hypnotherapy:

0. Initial Brief Appointment - phone call, brief, 5-15 mins. 

To determine your needs and to see if my services can help you.

1. New Client Consultation - Free - 60-90 minutes

This is to explore your goals, health history, and a personalized plan.

​

2.  Individual Sessions - $150 - 60 - minutes. Ideal for "touch ups" or situational relief, or maintenance support.

​

3. Multi-Session Packages (A recommended package will be offered once the New Client Consultation is completed.) Multiple sessions provide the most effective results. Discounts are available for packages of 4 sessions or more. 

- 3 Sessions - $450 

- 4 Sessions - $550 (valued at $600)

- 5 Sessions - $675 (valued at $750)

- 6 Sessions - $800 (valued at $900)

- 7 Sessions - $900 (valued at $1050)

Additional sessions beyond 7 can be discussed and packaged individually.

4. Payment - Full payment is required upfront before sessions start. Accepted methods include

e-transfer, cash, debit or credit. You will have to check your own personal insurance to see if you can be reimbursed by self submission.

 Meditation or Higher Mind Connection Sessions - 30 minutes.

1. Meet & Greet with Brief Meditation or Higher Mind Connection Session - Free - 30 minutes.

2. Single Sessions  - $75 - 30 minutes.

3. Packages:

- 2 Sessions $135 - 30 minutes.

- 3 Sessions $ 202.50

- 4 Sessions $270 - 30 minutes

- 5 Sessions - $337.50 - 30 minutes.

More than 5 sessions can be discussed and packaged individually.

Prepare for Your Session

Online: I will send you a check list to help you set up your space so your session feels seamless. If connection is lost, once it resumes we will carry on. Or we can reschedule for a future date. ​

​

In Person: Will be in my office. 

​

In Home: I may come to your home for you hypnotherapy session, just ask and we can set up something. I will do these sessions under special circumstances only.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours noticed if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I may offer the time to someone else who is waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointment, may be subject to a $50 fee or the full session fee. I understand that life happens and I will treat each with compassion and flexibility.
